To build on RUYOLSUDEV Development model of Rural Industrialization. Create

factories for agribusiness in rural areas to transform agricultural products. With

this we equally aimed to reduce rural urban migration to create attractive labour

force and to equally increase production of agricultural raw materials.

human

Impact young people and kids on education and training

Improve on the health of school going age to reduce school dropout, create enabling

and inclusive environment.

RUYOLSUDEV development model of rural industrialization takes a bottom top

approach, we look at impacting a bulk of rural miserably living rural population with a

subsistence life system. The poor living condition of rural people and the difficult char-

acteristics of rural areas in Cameroon… bad access road, no electricity, no portable

drinking water etc. have made the living conditions of rural people practically difficult.

The above described scenario have exacerbated disease, hunger and poverty in most ru-

ral communities in Cameroon. To work against the primitive life style in rural areas,

reduce rural exodus and create decent jobs in same communities, improve on social

amenities we are implemented the policy of [Rural Industrialization] aimed to improve

agricultural productivity, develop agricultural infrastructure and mechanization as well

as create decent agricultural jobs through agricultural transformation factories, trans-

forming crops produced at rural areas is a task we are achieving. It’s in this light we

partner with MINADER, to develop the second-generation agricultural policy [the basis

of the agricultural revolution], which is to generate sustainable growth in the plantain

sector in particular, ensure food sovereignty and to increase the GDP of the economy

and also the country’s food and nutrition security through a rational and balanced mod-

ernization of production systems, as well as develop environmentally-friendly produc-

tion practices. We focus on family farms and medium and large-scale farms
